    I will go ahead and admit it.  I cannot touch my toes.  During various parts of my life, I have been very active and fit and I have never been able to do it.  Right now, I am active and it is more important than ever that I do flexibility exercises.   Imagine my delight when I found Touch Your Toes in 10 Days for iPad.  There is also an iPhone app.  I have been doing the exercises for about six days now and I am making progress. I don’t always manage to find time to do them twice a day – so any lack of progress can be chalked up to my commitment.  Having said that, I am confident the stretches will help me reach this elusive goal.  Honestly, even I didn’t, I feel really good after I do these stretches and I can imagine keeping them up for the long haul.  Continue reading “Touch Your Toes In Ten Days – Flexibility Training Yoga”
