The key to eating a balanced diet is to eat unprocessed foods, lots of vegetables and a good balance of protein and carbohydrates. I know this. I don’t know about you, but I don’t always eat unprocessed food and certainly not enough vegetables. And, I haven’t the faintest idea whether I am balancing my proteins and carbohydrates.
