iReminder – To Do and Reminder w/Snooze and Alert – Could This Be the Perfect Fit?

Total Score:  28

I don’t always manage to find time to do them twice a day – so any lack of progress can be chalked up to my commitment.  Having said that, I am confident the stretches will help me reach this elusive goal.  Honestly, even I didn’t, I feel really good after I do these stretches and I can imagine keeping them up for the long haul.  Continue reading “Touch Your Toes In Ten Days – Flexibility Training Yoga”
