MyFitnessPal is a helpful tool for keeping track of your food and exercise.  The My Fitness Pal HD version is for the iPad. Up By Jawbone – Back on the Market and Better Than Before!

Part of attaining and maintaining good health is the ability to monitor and understand your daily activity, sleep and diet.  Up by Jawbone, a wristband that works with this iPhone app, helps you along that path.  The feedback the app provides you helps you to understand what you need to do to have better health.  When you know how many calories you burn through activity, you can determine if you need to exercise more.  By monitoring what you eat, you can make healthy changes to your diet.  Knowing the quality of your sleep helps you to plan and improve that vitally important part of your health regimen.
